What we collect

Booking details: passenger names, dates of birth, passport or ID information, contact phone, email and your itinerary.

Enquiry details: whatever you choose to send us through the enquiry form, WhatsApp, phone or email.

Payment status: we record whether a booking is paid and the reference from our payment provider. Full card numbers are never stored on our systems.

Why we use it

To search fares, issue tickets, apply for visas, book hotels and packages, and to contact you about your booking.

To meet legal, airline and immigration requirements, and to keep accounting records as required by UAE law.

Who we share it with

Airlines, hotels, insurers, tour operators and government authorities — only what is needed to fulfil your booking or application.

Our payment processor and flight booking technology provider, who handle data on our behalf under their own security obligations.

We never sell your information or share it for advertising.

How we protect it

Booking records are held in an access-controlled database. Only authorised DMTRAVEL staff accounts can view them, and card payments run over an encrypted connection with our payment provider.

How long we keep it

Booking and accounting records are kept for the period required by UAE law, then deleted. Enquiries that don't turn into bookings are deleted once they are no longer needed.

Your choices

You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask for corrections, or ask us to delete data we are not legally required to keep. Contact us using the details below.
