1. Who we are

DMTRAVEL is the trading name of D & M Travel & Tourism L.L.C, a licensed travel and tourism company based on Old Airport Road, Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.

We act as an agent for airlines, hotels, insurers and tour operators. Their own conditions of carriage and booking rules apply in addition to these terms.

2. Prices and service fee

Fares shown on this website include airline taxes, carrier charges and our service fee. The price is confirmed at the moment payment is completed.

Airline seats and fares can change or sell out at any time before ticketing. If the fare changes before we issue your ticket, we will contact you and you can accept the new price or receive a full refund of what you paid.

3. Passenger details and documents

Names must match the passport exactly. Airlines charge for corrections and some tickets cannot be changed at all — please check the spelling before you pay.

You are responsible for holding a valid passport, visa, transit visa and any health documents required for your route. We advise on requirements, but final responsibility rests with the traveller.

4. Payment

Card payments (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay and Google Pay) are processed securely by our payment provider. We never see or store your full card number.

Instalment options such as Tabby are provided by the instalment company under their own agreement with you.

A booking is only confirmed once payment has cleared and we have sent you a ticket number or booking reference.

5. Changes and cancellations

Changes and cancellations follow the airline, hotel or supplier fare rules for your specific booking, plus our handling fee. Many discounted fares are non-refundable.

Requests should be sent to us by WhatsApp, phone or email as early as possible — we cannot action them after check-in has opened or the service has been used.

6. Visa and tourism services

Visa applications are submitted to the relevant authority. Approval is always at the authority's discretion; government fees are non-refundable once an application is lodged, even if the visa is rejected.

Processing times quoted are estimates given by the authority, not guarantees.

7. Liability

We are liable for our own service as an agent. We are not liable for delays, cancellations, schedule changes, denied boarding, lost baggage or other acts of airlines, hotels and other suppliers, or for events outside our reasonable control.

We strongly recommend travel insurance, which we can arrange for you.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the courts of Abu Dhabi have jurisdiction over any dispute.
